Job summary

Belmont Park Village is seeking a Partnerships & Tourism Manager to lead tourism engagement, destination marketing, and B2B partnership initiatives, building strong relationships with community partners while driving growth opportunities for the Village. You will collaborate with Marketing to develop tourism traffic strategies, manage the U.S. partnership program, coordinate events and Fam trips, and report on activity, trends, and ROI.

  • Create partnership packages for sale through third parties and online portals.
  • Lead outreach to hotels, travel agencies, airports, luxury brands, and other partners.
  • Maintain the U.S. tourism CRM and track outreach, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on partner activities, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Job description

As our Partnerships & Tourism Manager, you will lead tourism engagement, destination marketing, and B2B partnership initiatives, building strong relationships with key community partners while increasing awareness of our business proposition and driving strategic growth opportunities.

What you will be doing
  • Partnering with the Marketing team to support the development and execution of tourism traffic strategies that drive year-over-year tourism guest growth.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador and forming relationships with:

-Local, regional, and national governmental entities, embassies, and associations; Hotels, agencies, local attractions, and businesses;

-Transportation and travel providers including airports, public transport, and stations;

-Influential organizations and tourism attractions including tour companies, sports teams, and popular attractions;

-Expat communities, cultural associations, and affinity groups;

-Credit card companies, banks, high-net-worth businesses, and closed user groups.

  • Managing the calendars and 360-destination strategy for the function, the Village and the campus grand opening in 2027.
  • Supporting the development and execution of partnership packages for sale through third parties and via Belmont Village's online booking portal.
  • Conducting regular outreach and relationship‑building activities with hotels, travel agencies, airport partners, transportation providers, concierge teams, luxury retail brands, hospitality groups, and organizations serving affluent domestic and international travelers.
  • Managing day‑to‑day partnership development activities, including prospecting, site visits, presentations, follow‑up meetings, and partner engagement efforts.
  • Attending tourism marketing events, FAM trips, networking events, and trade shows to identify opportunities, promote the Village, and cultivate new partnerships.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with tour operators and travel agencies to support Leisure and MICE tourism; distributing tourism marketing materials, promotional offers, and campaign assets to tourism partners.
  • Building and maintaining the U.S. tourism CRM program by capturing leads and contacts, tracking outreach activity, managing follow‑ups, and maintaining the partnership pipeline.
  • Scheduling and conducting regular partner visits and meetings, while documenting activities, opportunities, and feedback within shared CRM systems.
  • Working with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that boost the storytelling of the Village in source markets and maximize online and social media opportunities for tourism.
  • Compiling reports on partner activities, outreach efforts, promotions, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to help inform future marketing and tourism strategies.
  • Providing weekly updates on outreach activity, partnership development efforts, leads generated, and follow‑up actions.
  • Escalating strategic, VIP, or high‑value partnership opportunities to senior leadership and Marketing as appropriate.

  • A willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Fluency in English; any other language would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, specifically establishing processes and collating information.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible approach, and ability to work well with others across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Accuracy in record‑keeping and data entry, and a discerning eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated innovation and commitment to continuous improvement to raise the bar.
