Job summary

Capital One in Chicago is seeking a Principal Associate, Project Manager on the Partnerships Technology Team (Hybrid). You will support and lead the technical oversight, integration and operations of our corporate customers, coordinating with cross-functional, multi-platform teams to deliver solutions with rigorous risk management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements across customers, stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct analysis and drive solutions through influence and negotiation.
• Ensure timely, accurate information with partner leadership.
