Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Project Manager for the Card Partnerships Technology team in a hybrid role. You will lead technical oversight, integration and operations for corporate partners, balancing risk, communication, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will champion partner interests, identify growth opportunities, provide guidance to stakeholders, and drive process improvements while delivering high-quality customer service and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with systems integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.
• 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Data Analytics experience.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL or business intelligence tools.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements across customers, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions quickly.
• Conduct analysis, gain support and drive solutions through influence and negotiation.
• Communicate across Partner and Capital One leadership for timely information.
• Continuously learn and analyze complex processes to manage risks and controls.
• Assist with Intent grooming to define 'done' for agile delivery teams.
• Focus on quality, resilience and performance of technologies used by the partner.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to remove impediments to delivery.
