Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager - Partnerships to own two partner-facing products: Promotional Financing and Product Swaps. You’ll serve as Product Owner for a hybrid engineering team and drive strategy across partnerships.

You will translate business strategy into customer-facing digital features, scale promotional financing with partners, and streamline product workflows for partner accounts. This role reports to Product Management and offers strong incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR Analytics, CS, etc.).
• 3+ years of Product Management experience can meet the basic requirement.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Promotional Financing and Product Swaps.
• Serve as Product Owner for a hybrid engineering team and partner integrations.
• Drive adoption and scale promotions and workflows across partners.
