Job summary

vineyard vines seeks a Sponsorships, Collaborations & Philanthropy Coordinator to support the Manager in coordinating brand collaborations, sponsorships, and philanthropic initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, thoughtful, experienced, and able to execute strategic programs across multiple verticals.

The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Retail, Wholesale and Creative teams, ensuring all deliverables are discussed and prepared

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in external relationship management, including sponsorships and philanthropic initiatives.
• Own internal briefing process and ensure strategic alignment with departments.
• Oversee approvals and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Execute activation strategies with measurable goals and insights.
• Budget management and tracking of sponsorship, philanthropic, and collaboration expenses.
