Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) seeks a Business Development Manager for the DeafHealth division to drive growth by expanding its partner base through strategic outreach and pipeline development.

You will identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and advance DeafHealth’s navigation, enrollment services, health education, and research offerings for the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard-of-Hearing communities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or contracting in healthcare/public health.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop regional and national business opportunities for DeafHealth’s services.
• Own the partner pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, finalizing.
• Support revenue forecasting and pipeline intelligence for strategy.
• Drive execution toward MOUs, SLAs, and multi-year contracts with institutional partners.
• Build long-term relationships and articulate DeafHealth’s model to partners.
