Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program development and management.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guidelines and PA codes for 6400 regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor program activities to ensure safe, homelike environments.
• Develop and implement ISPs, BSPs, and care strategies.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to improve programs and outcomes.
• Coordinate medical appointments and oversee aspects of medical care.
