Since 2016, we’ve been redefining how businesses solve problems through bespoke AI and analytics solutions, scalable assets, and our proprietary platform, NucliOS. Our hybrid operating model and deep vertical expertise allow us to solve enterprise-scale challenges efficiently, with faster time to value and a lower TCO.

At MathCo, we believe in transparency, ownership, and inclusivity, providing a dynamic environment for exceptional talent to Leave a Mark.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Partnerships Manager, Databricks to help accelerate MathCo’s growing partnership with Databricks and convert an established pipeline of opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on co-sell and partner growth role. You will join an existing team with an active Databricks relationship, joint opportunities already in the pipeline, and a foundation from which to scale. Your focus will be on working closely with Databricks field sellers and MathCo account teams to advance current pursuits, uncover new opportunities, and expand the partnership across strategic enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate understands how to operate within the Databricks partner ecosystem and has experience selling data, analytics, AI, cloud, engineering, or technology consulting services into large enterprises. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within mid-sized consulting and technology services firms where success required hands‑on relationship building, opportunity development, and co‑selling.

As Partnerships Manager, Databricks, you will:

  • Work alongside MathCo’s existing partnership team to execute and scale our Databricks co‑sell strategy.
  • Take an active role in progressing an existing pipeline of Databricks‑related opportunities.
  • Build productive relationships with Databricks account executives, partner leaders, solution teams, and field sellers.
  • Connect Databricks opportunities with MathCo’s AI, analytics, data, engineering, and consulting capabilities.
  • Coordinate MathCo and Databricks teams through account planning, solution development, proposals, client conversations, and deal progression.
  • Identify additional opportunities to expand Databricks‑sourced and Databricks‑influenced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate existing co‑sell opportunities by working with internal account teams and Databricks sellers to move active pursuits through the sales cycle.
  • Establish strong working relationships across Databricks sales, partner, industry, and solution teams covering MathCo’s strategic accounts.
  • Conduct joint account mapping to identify whitespace within existing MathCo and Databricks enterprise relationships.
  • Proactively engage Databricks sellers to identify customer priorities where MathCo’s consulting, AI, analytics, data, and engineering capabilities can help accelerate client outcomes.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day co‑sell motion across joint opportunities, including introductions, discovery sessions, account planning, solutioning, proposals, follow‑ups, and opportunity progression.
  • Partner with MathCo sales and account leaders to develop Databricks‑sourced and Databricks‑influenced pipeline across existing and new clients.
  • Support joint pursuits in areas such as:
  • Data and cloud modernization
  • Data engineering and platform transformation
  • Enterprise AI and Generative AI
  • Advanced analytics and machine learning
  • Data governance and enterprise data strategy
  • AI/ML engineering and deployment
  • Industry‑specific data and AI transformation
  • Help translate Databricks technology capabilities into consulting‑led business propositions for enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate with MathCo solution, delivery, engineering, and industry teams to bring the right capabilities into joint opportunities.
  • Ensure opportunities have clear owners, next steps, timelines, stakeholders, and commercial strategies.
  • Maintain accurate visibility into partnership pipeline, opportunity progression, forecast, blockers, wins, and partner‑sourced revenue.
  • Identify successful co‑sell patterns that can be replicated across additional Databricks accounts and sellers.
  • Support joint client workshops, executive meetings, industry events, seller enablement, and field activities where they contribute to commercial opportunities.
  • Help increase awareness of MathCo within the Databricks field organization so that Databricks sellers proactively bring MathCo into relevant client conversations.
Key Attributes & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, consulting sales, account management, or enterprise technology services.
  • Experience working within a data, AI, analytics, cloud, engineering, digital transformation, or technology consulting/services organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Databricks or a comparable cloud/data technology partner ecosystem, with a strong preference for direct Databricks partnership and co‑sell experience.
  • Experience working with partner field sellers to develop and progress enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the co‑sell lifecycle, from account mapping and opportunity identification through solutioning, proposal development, pipeline progression, and close.
  • Track record of contributing to partner‑sourced or partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience selling or positioning consulting‑led data, analytics, AI, cloud, or engineering solutions into Fortune 100, Fortune 500, or similarly complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to develop credibility with partner sellers, internal sales teams, technical stakeholders, and senior client decision‑makers.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working against measurable pipeline, revenue, and opportunity‑conversion objectives.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to understand Databricks‑related data and AI opportunities and connect them to MathCo capabilities, without needing to be the technical architect.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic account discussions and the hands‑on execution required to move individual opportunities forward.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable joining an established partnership motion rather than building entirely from scratch.
Being a MathMagician
  • Embody MathCo’s values of openness, ownership, and impact.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability for partnership activity, pipeline progression, and commercial outcomes.
  • Operate collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery.
  • Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to identifying and progressing opportunities.
  • Contribute actively to internal mentorship, innovation, and team development.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by valuing a variety of perspectives in problem‑solving.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means becoming a trusted extension of both the MathCo and Databricks field teams and helping convert partnership activity into tangible enterprise growth.

Within the first 6-12 months, we would expect this individual to:

  • Build strong working relationships with priority Databricks account executives and field stakeholders.
  • Gain command of MathCo’s existing Databricks pipeline and accelerate priority opportunities.
  • Establish consistent joint account planning and pipeline‑management rhythms.
  • Increase the number and quality of opportunities introduced or influenced by Databricks sellers.
  • Expand MathCo’s visibility within priority Databricks accounts and territories.
  • Identify additional whitespace across existing MathCo and Databricks enterprise relationships.
  • Demonstrate measurable contribution to partner‑sourced pipeline, partner‑influenced pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
  • Create repeatable co‑sell motions that allow the partnership to scale beyond individual relationships.
