Our platform is already being used on dozens of active drug discovery programs, and adoption is rapidly growing. After achieving quick adoption via word-of-mouth, we are now seeking to expand our go-to-market motion and grow our software and services business.
We are seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive adoption of our platform, shape tailored solutions for our customers, and own the full sales cycle. You’ll play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint while helping refine our go-to-market strategy.
What you’ll do:
Own the full-cycle sales for Inductive’s software and services offerings, delivering revenue and a consultative buyer experience from outreach to close
Build and manage a pipeline through networking, outbound efforts, and participation in industry events and conferences
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs and reinforce our scientific and technical credibility externally
Effectively manage and grow key accounts, driving renewals and expansion opportunities
Contribute to building and evolving the sales playbook, tools, and collateral - continually iterating to improve customer experience and business outcomes
Represent Inductive externally at key conferences, events, and customer meetings
Who you are:
5+ years of life sciences B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success selling into scientific and technical buyer personas
Strong understanding of the drug discovery process for small molecules, including lead optimization.
PhD or MS in chemistry, with a strong preference for medicinal or organic focuses
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex scientific and technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable - ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of navigating ambiguity
Skilled in deal execution, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing
Customer-first, high-integrity operator with a strong sense of ownership
