Job summary

Internet Archive, a nonprofit library based in San Francisco, seeks a Partnership Development Manager for a remote-first role with heavy collaboration across the US. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of partnership/business development, user support, sales, or product/partnership management, preferably with SaaS technologies.
• Experience developing and executing development and growth plans for web-based products, especially for institutional users.
• Ability to help shape a highly-matrixed role and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred experience in non-profit organizations or with libraries/cultural heritage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships across digital archiving, open access, and web services.
• Own inbound and outbound leads cultivation and CRM workflows.
• Deliver product demos, trainings, and related quotes and proposals.
• Drive partner success, retention, and engagement through proactive management.
• Represent Internet Archive at conferences and events to build relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan outreach and build a strong product community.
• Coordinate with partner services and finance on data, pipelines, and analytics.
• Align outreach with product roadmaps and strategic goals.
• Travel approximately 10-20% as needed.
