Job summary

The Community Cycling Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Strategic Partnership Coordinator to strengthen relationships with volunteers, donors, and corporate partners. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to solicit gifts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

• 2+ years of experience in volunteer coordination, donor relations, or nonprofit development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and steward volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer scheduling across programs and events.
• Develop and implement volunteer recognition programs.
• Maintain CRM donor records and ensure timely acknowledgements.
• Support donor relations and corporate sponsor communications.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and event logistics.
