Coral Gardeners in California seeks a Partnerships Associate to support the entire partnership cycle under the Director of Partnerships. You will prepare pitches, briefs, and partner materials while organizing information in the CRM.
This freelance, full-time role requires frequent travel, including three months per year on site at our Mo'orea HQ. You will track leads in HubSpot, coordinate meetings, and help optimize internal workflows.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Partnerships, the Partnerships Associate provides operational support throughout the entire partnership cycle. They play an active role in identifying new partners and preparing commercial presentations, then support the operational execution of signed partnerships through project organization, administrative follow-up, and logistical coordination. This role is key to optimizing the efficiency, responsiveness, and quality of the department's activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and maximizing the impact of our partner initiatives.
This is a freelance, full-time position based in California. Frequent travel is expected, including a minimum of three months per year on site at our HQ in Mo'orea, French Polynesia, to work alongside the core team and support partner visits in the field.
