Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Solutions Coordinator to join the PRORODEO Partnerships team at the PRCA. You will support activation and fulfillment across partner accounts, tracking assets and delivering campaign elements in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with sales, digital, marketing and rodeo contacts to ensure seamless delivery, manage schedules, and provide proofs-of-performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events or related field; internships welcome.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, PRCA, and brand partners for smooth delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, PRCA staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with rodeo operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and in-venue promotions.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure seamless execution.
