Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, PRCA, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, PRCA staff, and internal teams.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with rodeo operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and in-venue promotions.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, and contracts.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate across departments (sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.

You’ll work closely with internal team members, rodeo contacts, and brand partners to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support rodeo operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys logistics and planning, and is excited to grow a career in rodeo and sports sponsorship.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.Serve as a liaison between the property team, PRCA, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.Build and maintain strong relationships with organization partners, PRCA staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of Learfield and the property.Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.Assist with rodeo operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-venue promotions.Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome).Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldPrevious experience supporting sponsorships, rodeo, and/or sports events.Comfort working in live event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders.Pay Transparency:The approximate national base pay range for this position is $23.50 to $25.00/ hour. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.
