Bloomy is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager to own post-sale relationships with our school and district partners, from onboarding to renewals and expansion. You’ll be the primary contact after a signing and will help educators implement Bloomy and demonstrate value to district leaders.
This hands-on role combines instructional support, relationship management, and revenue responsibilities. Location is flexible with ~30–50% travel for visits, launches, and training, and you’ll collaborate
Bloomy is an AI-native academic system for K-12 schools, providing curriculum, AI teaching, and assessment. We help schools deliver personalized instruction in core academic subjects, identifying what each student needs and helping them master it.
Backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, Robinhood Ventures, and many more, Bloomy is growing rapidly, with early school partners and promising initial results for student learning. Founded by Alex Southmayd, a former teacher and Teach For America alum, Bloomy is built around the needs of students and educators across the country.
We’re hiring a Partnerships Account Manager to help our school and district partners succeed with Bloomy. You’ll own the full post-sale relationship, from onboarding and training through ongoing adoption, renewals, and expansion.
You’ll work directly with the founder and closely with our Partnerships Account Executive to ensure that every new partnership gets off to a strong start. Once a partner signs, you’ll become their primary point of contact, helping educators put Bloomy into practice and helping district leaders understand the value it delivers.
This is a hands-on role that combines instructional support, relationship management, and commercial responsibility. You’ll spend time in schools, lead training, work through implementation challenges, and build the relationships that help partners continue and expand their use of Bloomy.
You have experience helping schools or districts successfully adopt educational products or programs. You can point to results in implementation, ongoing engagement, retention, or account growth, and you’re comfortable taking responsibility for both the partner experience and the commercial relationship.

Location is flexible. Expect approximately 30–50% travel for school and district visits, implementation launches, educator training, and partner reviews. Travel will vary with partner needs and the school calendar.
