Qualifications

• Two or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting experience.
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with private equity, both fund and portfolio levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of technical partnership taxation issues.
• Train and mentor interns and associates.
• Assist in managing client expectations.
