Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior, Partnerships to advise clients on tax implications for partnerships. You will develop expertise in partnership taxation and assist with compliance calculations, training interns and associates, and enhancing client relationships.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of relevant tax experience. Additional skills in Microsoft Office and tax research databases are preferred. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of prior relevant tax experience.
• Specialized partnership experience preferred.
• Private equity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of partnership taxation issues.
• Train and mentor interns and associates.
• Assist with developing methods to maximize client benefits.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and basic research skills

Ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships

Solid organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics

Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation

CPA certification or equivalent
