Rosemore Capital Strategies LLC seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead partnership tax compliance and planning within a collaborative client-office environment. You will oversee investment partnerships, allocations, and 704(c) considerations, delivering accurate tax reporting for partnerships and their owners.

In a small, seasoned tax team, you will coordinate with internal professionals and outside advisors, manage timely K-1s, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of partnership tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Experience with investment partnerships, partnership allocations, and Section 704(c).
• Strong knowledge of Subchapter K, partner capital accounts, Schedules K-1, and tax reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation, review, and oversight of federal and state partnership returns and related filings.
• Analyze partnership allocations, including capital accounts and tax consequences of complex investment activity.
• Apply and document Section 704(c) principles and partner reporting.
• Support tax compliance and planning for investment partnerships and closely held entities.
• Review Schedules K-1 and coordinate timely collection/delivery of tax information.
• Research partnership tax issues and communicate conclusions to stakeholders and advisors.
• Monitor deadlines, estimates, extensions, and filings with accuracy and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements within the client-office tax function.
