Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter for our Calhoun, GA team. This role focuses on lite industrial recruiting with strong leadership and excellent customer service.

You will manage daily reports, KPI tracking, attendance and payroll processing, and collaborate with supervisors to reassign staff as needed. This is an on-site position with growth opportunities and a focus on meeting key performance metrics.

Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Calhoun, GA team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Schedule: Flex schedule between hours of 7am - 6am, M-F (8 hours shift)

If you live in or near Calhoun/ Dalton we offer:

• Salary Range $50,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on experience
• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lite industrial recruiting Required

• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,

• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

• Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
• Recruiting for a production facility Required.
• Excellent customer service skills required

• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systemsExperience with time and attendance management
