Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to drive planning and execution of the global partnership program. You will coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, and manage communications across the commercial program team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience coordinating marketing communications and campaigns.
• Experience in B2B channel marketing; medical/optical industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong project coordination.
• Ability to travel once per quarter (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution for partnership program meetings, workshops and customer events.
• Manage partnership program communication calendar and coordinate marketing communications.
• Build and deploy email campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors for event execution, campaigns, asset development.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and engagement tools.
• Support development and distribution of marketing assets to drive field sales and engagement.
• Manage meeting kit production, logistics, and content for local events and meetings.
• Support workshop execution through registration management and attendee communications.
• Maintain project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with plans, programs, and initiatives.
• Travel as required to meetings, trainings, and tradeshows.
