We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnership Lead to own and scale our partnerships. This role will be key to driving business growth through high-impact partnerships, including new go-to-market channels, product integrations, and co-marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a high-agency person that is passionate about what we are building at Replit. Experience with AI and developer tools is a bonus.
In this role you will…
Develop the Partnership Strategy: Work with the hiring manager to handle inbound partnership requests and prioritize.
Identify & Close New Partnerships: Proactively source, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships with high-value organizations.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to maximize value for both parties.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth partnership execution and alignment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Build projects 0-to-1: We are still an early team, so this role will also use ~20% of their capacity to test and scale new initiatives.
Required skills and experience:
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have:
Strong technical skills like SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience in developer tools or AI.
Tools + Tech Stack for this role:
Google Slides, Google Sheets, and other office tools.
SQL and Python.
