Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Partner Development Manager in the King of Prussia, PA area to drive partnerships that leverage the company’s customer base through a 360-degree marketing approach. You will build a strong partner funnel, deliver customized presentations, and close opportunities while coordinating with store and online assets.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven ability to grow revenue with multi-channel strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
Experience in travel, leisure, entertainment, beauty and consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and maintain a running list of local businesses, brands, national advertisers and agencies for partnership opportunities.
Create customized presentations for clients and agencies seeking marketing partnership opportunities and close deals to hit quarterly sales goals.
Support marketing management to identify convergent advertising opportunities leveraging David’s Bridal assets.
Build and maintain client relationships through long sales cycles and manage contracts, creative execution and results.
Develop relationships within the interactive ad community to grow business and evolve existing partnerships.
Ideate new marketing opportunities to monetize the David’s Bridal reach and expand partner value.
Develops and maintains client relationships both virtually and in person, including site visits and negotiations within the sales framework.
