Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity–backed digital infrastructure company to hire a Corporate Development Associate. This role reports directly to the CEO and is designed as a 2–3 year, pre-MBA-style opportunity for a high-performing early-career professional coming from investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across strategy, financial modeling, capital markets, and M&A, while working alongside an experienced leadership team that has successfully built and scaled businesses before.

What You’ll Work On
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, reporting, and capital markets activities
- Own and maintain Excel-based financial models, projections, and scenario analyses
- Evaluate new growth markets, products, and commercial opportunities, building business cases and economic models
- Support M&A diligence, deal execution, and integration planning
- Prepare board-level and investor-facing presentations
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Assist in developing processes and infrastructure as the company scales

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.5+ preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation preparation
- Experience with or interest in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Bonus: financial modeling coursework (Training the Street, Wall Street Prep), Python or scripting experience
