Job summary

ESPN West Palm is seeking a full-time Partnership Coordinator to support Marketing Consultants, manage sales orders in WideOrbit and JIRA, and coordinate campaign materials across ESPN West Palm’s brands and events. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and timely execution in a fast-paced media environment.

The ideal candidate collaborates with cross-functional teams, handles administrative tasks efficiently, and supports growth initiatives while adhering to Good Karma Sports’ values

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, sales support or marketing roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Proactive, dependable and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new systems.
• Experience with WideOrbit, JIRA or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Marketing Consultants with sales-related tasks and administrative duties.
• Enter and revise sales orders in WideOrbit and JIRA; confirm orders daily; gather missing campaign materials.
• Complete necessary partner paperwork including New Partner Forms and Digital Production Forms.
• Coordinate production timelines with Producers, Marketing Consultants and Operations to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Distribute schedules, screenshots, invoices, airchecks and other deliverables to partners and consultants.
• Run monthly billing and scheduling reports using CRM and reporting tools.
