Good Karma Sports is seeking a full-time Partnership Coordinator to support ESPN West Palm’s Marketing Consultants and manage advertising partnerships across networks and events. The role involves sales administration, campaign execution, digital partnerships, reporting and events support.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced sports media environment, capable of multitasking and delivering strong partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, sales support or marketing roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Marketing Consultants with sales-related tasks and admin duties.
• Enter and revise sales orders in WideOrbit and JIRA; obtain missing campaign materials.
• Handle New Partner Forms, Digital Production Forms and other sales forms.
• Coordinate scheduling of production recordings and delivery of campaign assets.
• Distribute schedules, invoices, screenshots and deliverables to partners and consultants.
• Run monthly billing and schedule reports using CRM and reporting tools.
• Attend partner meetings and support events; assist with growth opportunities.
