Good Karma Sports is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Consultant to join our ESPN Milwaukee sales team. As the flagship home of the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers and Marquette Golden Eagles, along with local sports and talk programming including Jen, Gabe & Chewy and Wilde & Tausch, ESPN Milwaukee connects brands with highly engaged audiences across multiple platforms.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and helping local and regional businesses grow. As a Marketing Consultant, you will develop new business, build long-term relationships with advertising partners and create customized marketing solutions utilizing ESPN Milwaukee and Good Karma Sports assets across audio, digital, social, video, live sports and events.

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary plus commission. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills and performance expectations.
This role is eligible for full benefits to include health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave and more, with opportunities for compensation growth based on skills, responsibilities and performance. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends for events and games.
