Desort is seeking a Partner Veterinarian in Washington, DC to join a veterinary practice offering a practice ownership opportunity. The role blends clinical medicine with leadership, team development, and growth initiatives to advance the practice and patient care standards.

You will lead clinical teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care while fostering a client-focused, professional environment and long-term practice growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.
• Clinical veterinary experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to patients.
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, and medical procedures.
• Develop appropriate treatment and preventive care plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff.
• Help maintain high standards of patient care and clinical quality.
• Support the training, development, and mentorship of veterinary team members.
