A brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking a Partner Veterinarian to lead its founding team!

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious veterinarian to lead a brand-new hospital from the very beginning. Launching at the end of 2026, the clinic is looking for a Partner Veterinarian who wants the influence and financial benefits of ownership without the risk, cost, or isolation of starting a practice of their own, with zero buy-in required.

As Partner Veterinarian, you will lead the care team, set the standard for medical excellence, and play an integral role in the success of the hospital. Alongside a rewarding clinical caseload, you will benefit from equity ownership and profit sharing, giving you real control over your personal earnings. A dedicated operational team handles medical operations, recruiting, client support, and technology, so you can focus on medicine, mentorship, and patient outcomes.

The practice will offer general practice and daytime urgent care, with a strong focus on preventative medicine and pet parent education. Appointments are scheduled at 30-minute intervals, allowing you to deliver high standards of care without rushing. Fear Free and low-stress handling sit at the heart of every visit, creating a calm and trusting experience for everyone involved.

The purpose-built hospital has a spa-like feel, with plenty of natural light and calming music for patients, clients, and the team. You will be supported by top-of-the-range equipment, modern technology, and virtual care support that keeps clients connected with the medical team around the clock. Each veterinarian also works alongside a dedicated support team of 2 to 3 veterinary technicians.

About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Missouri
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
• Ideally 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management position
• Committed to gold-standard medicine and preventative care
• Confident leading, mentoring, and collaborating within a team
