PriorityPet Urgent Care is seeking talented veterinarians to partner as Medical Directors in practices we build together. Immediate ownership with equity and no out-of-pocket cost, plus a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver world-class medicine.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead veterinarian team and promote a positive clinic culture in alignment with PriorityPet values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians within the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health's core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
