PriorityPet Urgent Care seeks talented Veterinarians to partner as Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. We offer ownership/equity with no out-of-pocket costs and brand-new facilities with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing you to deliver world-class medicine.

Location is completely flexible; you decide where to build. We provide business support, medical autonomy, competitive compensation with bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health premiums and license fees.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with team management experience.
• Effective communicator focused on high-quality medicine.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
