• Handle complex insurance coverage cases, including analysis, risk assessment, litigation, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in insurance coverage laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client cases.
• Participate in business development activities, promoting the firm's insurance coverage services to prospective clients.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on insurance coverage and substantial trial expertise.
• Experience representing non-profit organizations and individuals.
