You will lead the design of building mechanical systems and mentor junior engineers, while ensuring project success by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong design experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and mechanical building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems for building projects.
• Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and field observations to support project execution.

Skills

Strong design experience in HVAC

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Proficiency with Revit

Knowledge of ASHRAE standards

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Education
