Kubota Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Grapevine, TX to lead full-cycle recruitment and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce planning and organizational goals, while driving proactive sourcing and an excellent candidate experience.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring projects.

Formación

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment best practices knowledge.
• Ability to guide hiring managers through changes and new processes.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or high-volume cycles.
• Ability to influence leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Travel up to 25%.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full cycle recruitment and serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers to deliver quality hires aligned with business objectives. This role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies to support workforce planning and organizational goals. The Talent Acquisition Partner also supports talent attraction strategies, leverages talent market insights, and builds a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, relationship management, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Implement strategies to attract top talent through job postings, networking, and leveraging employer brand initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce needs and organizational priorities.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree, at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment required.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows, reducing time‑to‑fill, and enhancing candidate experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to support hiring managers through organizational changes, new processes, or evolving talent needs.
• Experience leading recruitment projects, initiatives, or high‑volume hiring cycles.
• Ability to manage hiring initiatives and influence leaders and cross functional partners.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to Travel up to 25%.
