We established the Partner Success function to empower our resellers and help them thrive—and it has made a significant impact! As Easygenerator continues to expand, we are looking for a highly driven and strategicPartner Success Managerto join our team.
In this role, you willown the success of our resellers, ensuring they maximize the value of Easygenerator through a tailored, hands-on approach. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each partner’s unique setup, goals, and challenges, providingcustomized strategiesthat drive engagement, retention, and growth. Success in this role requiresstrong relationship management, project execution, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-dimensional partnerships.

As an Easygenerator Partner Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of reseller partners, working closely with them to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop and executetailored engagement strategiesto help partners drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Understand each reseller’s business model and goals, offering bespoke solutions that align Easygenerator’s capabilities with their needs.
  • Act as astrategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and increased partner success.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions to maintain strong, high-value relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally withSales, Product, Support, and Marketing teamsto ensure partners receive the necessary tools, resources, and insights.
  • Serve as thevoice of the partner, advocating for their needs and helping shape Easygenerator’s reseller enablement strategy.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least1 year of experience managing reseller partnershipsin a SaaS environment is a must.
  • Strongproject management skills, with the ability tojuggle multiple prioritiesand drive complex initiatives forward.

  • Comfortable working in afast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to new challenges and business needs.
