The role emphasizes communication, care, and proactive growth, with collaboration across internal teams to align with Life.Church’s mission and quarterly partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn platform tools and explain them clearly.
• Data-driven mindset for engagement metrics and ministry impact.
• Experience with CRM or partner management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and equip Church and Content Partners with orientation, training, and content strategy.
• Coach partners using strategies and tools aligned with team goals.
• Communicate Theological and Community Guidelines across partner lifecycles.
• Support partner care using HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Google platforms.
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for partners within Life.Church and YouVersion.
