Job summary

YouVersion is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to own relationships with Church and Content Partners, guiding onboarding, training, content strategy, and guidelines to help partners launch and steward their content on the Bible App.

The role emphasizes long-term care, proactive health of partnerships, data-driven engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to shape product development and platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide Church and Content Partners through onboarding, training, content strategy, and guidelines to successfully launch content.
• Coach partners on tools, systems, and workflows in alignment with team direction.
• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for partners, building long-term relationships rooted in trust.
• Monitor partner engagement and content performance to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Relay partner feedback to internal teams to influence product planning and platform improvements.
