Job summary

Cambio seeks a Partner Strategy Analyst to own end-to-end data quality assurance for leading institutions managing carbon accounting and BEPS requirements in real estate. You will coordinate onboarding, data ingestion, and analytics across asset teams.

You will transform unstructured data into standardized inputs, deliver accurate analytics to customers, and support BEPS compliance, ENERGY STAR benchmarks, and sustainability reporting across frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, accounting, or finance.
• Data-obsessed and meticulous with numbers; comfortable with unstructured data using Excel.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to simplify complex data problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with carbon/building data is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard large institutional clients and tailor onboarding plans.
• Work with asset and property teams to automate data collection and ingestion.
• Oversee end-to-end data quality and transform raw data into standardized inputs.
• Own all quantitative analytics delivered to customers with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain building benchmarks (energy, water, carbon) and compare to peers.
• Track BEPS requirements and translate options into clear guidance for teams.
• Support sustainability reporting across GRESB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Manage building documentation and coordinate with building science teams.
• Coordinate communications for major accounts to ensure customer success.
