Job summary

Cambio is a software platform transforming real estate decarbonization for owners and tenants. The Partner Strategy Analyst will own end-to-end data quality assurance for institutional clients, focusing on carbon accounting, benchmarking, reporting, and BEPS-related regulatory requirements.

You will work with asset teams to automate data collection and ensure accurate inputs for the Cambio platform. In this role, you will drive quantitative analytics, build benchmark datasets, monitor BEPS

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a consulting, data analytics, accounting, or finance role.
Must be comfortable working with unstructured data and Excel; SQL or programming is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding for large institutional clients and create onboarding plans.
Collaborate with asset and property management teams to automate data collection and ingestion.
Oversee data quality assurance and transform raw data into standardized inputs for Cambio’s platform.
Own all quantitative analytics delivered to customers with high accuracy.
Build building-level energy, water, and carbon benchmarks and compare against peers and BEPS thresholds.
Track BEPS requirements such as NYC Local Law 97 and DC BEPS and translate pathways into guidance for teams.
Support sustainability reporting across GRESB, TCFD, and CDP.
Coordinate with building science teams to ensure analysis delivery.
Manage communication with major customer accounts to ensure success.
