Job summary

Cambio AI Inc. is seeking a Partner Strategy Analyst to own end-to-end data quality assurance for major institutional clients, managing carbon accounting, benchmarking, and regulatory reporting.

The role involves coordinating with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate data inputs and BEPS compliance. You will lead onboarding, automate data ingestion, and deliver precise analytics across energy, water, and carbon benchmarks, helping clients meet regulatory deadlines and reduce data

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background with data-focused work experience.
• Meticulous with numbers; able to work with unstructured data in Excel.
• Experience with SQL or programming is a bonus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to convey complex problems clearly.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving settings.
• Experience with carbon/building data is a plus, not required.
• Familiarity with building benchmarking or BEPS regulations (ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, NYC Local Law 97, DC BEPS, BERDO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for large institutional clients and tailor onboarding plans.
• Automate data collection with asset and property management teams.
• Own end-to-end data quality assurance and transform raw data into standardized inputs.
• Manage all quantitative analytics delivered to customers with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain building energy, water, and carbon benchmarks for clients.
• Track BEPS requirements and translate pathways into client guidance.
• Support sustainability reporting across frameworks like GRESB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Coordinate with building science teams to ensure delivery of analyses.
• Coordinate communication workflows for major customer accounts to ensure success.
