Responsibilities

• Grow Trinity, both from a business and talent perspective

• Provide intellectual leadership in developing the firm’s capabilities as a member of Trinity’s Leadership Team

• Maintain strong relationships and an established book of business with leading pharma and biotech companies

• Articulate the firm’s capabilities to develop new client relationships and secure new business, partnering with leadership to expand existing relationships

• Generate at least $3 to $5 million in revenue annually through new incremental revenue from new clients and supporting existing Trinity clients

• Take ownership of progression of staff who report into you, engaging them in business development opportunities and facilitating their growth

• Identify development opportunities for staff and provide guidance to enable their success

• Provide leadership to assigned staff to ensure superb execution on client engagements, setting strategic direction for project activities and guiding managers on daily tasks and resource allocation
