Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive zero-to-one partner scoping and technical discovery to define requirements for schemas, availability models, and multi-fulfillment workflows across emerging verticals adopting UCP.
• Provide specialized technical subject matter expertise, implementation reviews, and integration support during staging configuration, payload validation, and partner testing.
• Reproduce, isolate, and debug technical anomalies during live upper-funnel feature pilots within defined SLAs.
• Build synthetic testbeds, reference mocks, validation scripts, code samples, and integration recipes to expedite onboarding against evolving protocol schemas.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product Management teams across California, London, and Zurich to test protocol capabilities and advocate for data-backed product improvements.
