Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• 8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals. Set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals.
• Work with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, identify technical gaps, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovations.
• Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and are compliant with data and legal policies.
• Understand the nuances of clients within the industry and develop subject matter expertise in trending sites.
