Job summary

Glean is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer in San Francisco. You will be the technical expert for strategic partners, leading hands-on trainings, designing scalable services, and co-building repeatable offerings across VARs, GSIs, SIs, Cloud Partners, and ISVs.

You will work with partner architects, delivery teams, and product groups to build durable Glean services practices. You will design and deliver technical solutions, mentor partner teams, and codify best practices into guides, demos,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
5+ years in technical roles such as partner engineer or solutions architect.
Experience building or deploying AI/LLM/agent-based systems in production.
Experience with APIs, SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services.
Strong coding in Python and at least one of TypeScript / JavaScript / Java.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Proven ability to lead technical workshops and enablement sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and scaled delivery for partner solutions.
Lead hands-on trainings, deep dives, and co-build sessions for partner engineers.
Help partners create repeatable service offerings and reference architectures.
Develop partner technical maturity and production support capability.
Capture field learnings and feed back to Product and Engineering.
Create reusable demos, templates, and playbooks.
