Job summary

Datadog is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect (GSI) who will be responsible for supporting technical initiatives for our partners in the AMER West region. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in a technical role, a solid understanding of IT Development, and is a self-starter.

This role involves onboarding and training partners, advocating for their technical needs, and working internally to drive partners’ success with Datadog’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Solid grounding in technical IT operations.
• Demonstrable passion for learning and improving practices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train partner technical resources.
• Collaborate on Partner technical initiatives.
