Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to educate and enable partner technical resources, align with the Channels & Alliances segment, and drive outcomes through collaboration with Datadog and Partner teams.

The PSA will advocate for partner needs, support joint initiatives, and help prioritize new features with product management. This role emphasizes hands-on experimentation, customer success, and scalable partner enablement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT Development and/or Operations experience.
• Demonstrable track-record in a customer or partner facing technical role with 10–15 years of experience.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas listed under qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Lead joint business planning sessions to align Datadog with Partner technical teams.
• Support partner technical initiatives including demos and proofs of value.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with internal Datadog teams.
• Analyze Partner services and advise on enhancing adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify new features.
• Help evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
