Sales
As a Solution Engineer within Global Technology Partners, you will be instrumental in driving platform adoption and innovation by selling the value of our platform to both new and existing ISV partners. Your core responsibility is to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value, rapidly building bespoke demos and vision prototypes using AI‑assisted tools, sales pitch videos, and strategic guidance that emphasize speed‑to‑market, cost efficiency, and enabling partners to focus on core innovation rather than infrastructure. You'll act as a strategic advisor, helping partners define new app scopes and product roadmaps, while continuously applying a curiosity‑driven approach to uncover new opportunities and solve partner challenges within our ecosystem.
In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,100 - $186,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $147,400 - $202,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
