Overview

As a Solution Engineer within Global Technology Partners, you will drive platform adoption and innovation by communicating the platforms value to new and existing ISV partners. Your core responsibility is to translate complex technical capabilities into business value, rapidly building bespoke demos and vision prototypes using AI-assisted tools, sales pitch videos, and strategic guidance that emphasize speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and enabling partners to focus on core innovation rather than infrastructure. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping partners define new app scopes and product roadmaps while continuously exploring opportunities and solving partner challenges within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Value Proposition & Storytelling: Articulate and evangelize the platforms value proposition to prospective and existing ISV partners, highlighting benefits such as faster time-to-market, lower operational costs, accelerated application development, and a shift away from infrastructure maintenance toward core innovation.
• Bespoke Solution Design & Demonstration: Develop and deliver highly customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios that address an ISV partner's goals and enhance their product offerings.
• AI-Accelerated Build & Prototype: Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly scaffold demos and vision prototypes, turning discovery conversations into a tangible prototype for executive teams.
• Technical Sales Content Creation: Produce sales collateral, including technical pitch videos, solution briefs, and architectural diagrams, to communicate platform capabilities and partner success stories.
• Partner Innovation & Roadmap Guidance: Collaborate with ISV partners to understand their landscape, identify new opportunities on the platform, and help define scope, value proposition, and technical roadmaps for potential new applications or enhancements.
• Strategic Opportunity Qualification & Scoping: Work with Partner Account Managers to understand requirements, qualify opportunities, and technically scope projects in alignment with platform capabilities.
• Curiosity-Driven Problem Solving & Discovery: Proactively explore emerging technologies and market trends to uncover partner needs, identify new applications, and drive mutual success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Platform & Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS/PaaS, API-first development; ability to design and build engaging demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, with basic coding or scripting as appropriate.
• Value-Based Selling & Storytelling: Ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits and compelling narratives; strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Discovery & Solution Scoping: Strong active listening and questioning to uncover partner needs and define initial scope and value propositions.
• AI-First Builder Mentality: Experience shipping tools, automations, agents, or prototypes using AI or low-code platforms; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Capable of working with internal teams (e.g., PAMs, Product, Engineering) to align on partner solutions and advocate for partner needs.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Curious and proactive in exploring new technologies, adapting to evolving platform capabilities and partner requirements; able to troubleshoot during demos.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for creating technical content and delivering persuasive presentations.
