Job summary

Three Square in Las Vegas is seeking a Partner Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the partner network and supervise the Partner Service Representatives. You will ensure frontline staff deliver high-quality partner-facing customer service and coordinate with internal teams.

This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, data-driven improvements, and reliable partner onboarding. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years supervisory experience in nonprofit or public health settings

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisor experience in nonprofit, nutrition, or public health settings.
Strong customer service background and experience working with diverse partner organizations are required.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of Partner Services and supervise frontline staff.
Ensure high-quality partner-facing customer service across the partner network.
Use data and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies.
Coach, motivate, and manage performance of staff including escalation handling.
Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and partner communications with internal departments.
