Job Details

• 7+ years of experience practicing in a top-tier BigLaw environment, with exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters and demanding client expectations
• At least one federal judicial clerkship and/or prior service as an Assistant United States Attorney, demonstrating strong legal writing, analytical ability, and familiarity with federal courts and procedures
• A proven track record managing complex litigation and/or government or internal investigations, including experience handling large volumes of information, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving matters forward efficiently
• A creative and strategic legal mindset, with the ability to think beyond conventional approaches and develop innovative, practical solutions to challenging legal and business problems
• A proactive, ownership-oriented attitude, with the confidence and judgment to take responsibility for cases, interact directly with clients, and serve as a trusted advisor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable guidance
• A strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the rigors of demanding, complex, and highly interesting litigation matters
