The role is hybrid with three days onsite weekly in Sage offices, reporting to the Partner Enablement program leadership and driving measurable outcomes through structured coaching and content development.
The Partner Enablement Manager will develop and deliver strategic Partner Enablement initiatives to enhance partner effectiveness and productivity. This role will oversee programs aligned to regional enablement plans, working collaboratively across Sage to drive partner engagement and performance through impactful enablement and coaching. The Partner Enablement Program Manager will also play a key role in defining enablement strategies and addressing high-level challenges in partner engagement. The Partner Enablement Program Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to develop the Partner Enablement blueprint from onboarding to excellence, delivering clearly defined outcomes and timeframes. They will collaborate effectively across the Sage organization to define, agree, and document detailed enablement plans for each region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This role is hybrid, three days per week onsite in one of the Sage offices.
